# Printable outfit planner

Plan what to wear for a week or a whole month. Fill the days from your capsule in one click or type them yourself, then print a clean sheet for the wardrobe door.

## How to use the outfit planner

1. **Pick a week or a month.** Choose the view, then a date inside the week or month you want; the arrows step forward and back. Set whether your weeks start on Monday or Sunday.
2. **Fill it.** “Fill from my capsule” uses the capsule saved on this device by the capsule wardrobe planner, or the sample capsule if you have not made one. It respects your “doesn't go with” marks and spreads your pieces out, so the same top doesn't come back the next day. Press it again for a different mix. Your plans for each day are kept.
3. **Edit anything.** Every slot is a text box. In week view, untick slots you don't need, such as accessories.
4. **Print.** Choose your paper and orientation and press Print. Only the sheet is printed, and empty slots print as ruled lines for writing by hand.

### Paper sizes

A4 is 210 × 297 mm and is used almost everywhere outside North America. US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches (216 × 279 mm). Match the setting to the paper in your printer and leave the print dialog's scale at 100% or “fit to page”.

### Worked example

Filled from the sample capsule, the week starts with the sage slip dress and ankle boots, then the navy wrap dress with loafers, then the chambray shirt with cream wide-leg trousers and sneakers. No piece is worn two days running unless the capsule is too small to avoid it, and each day gets a small sketch in your colors.

## Questions

**How do I fit the planner on one page?**

Pick the same paper size and orientation here as in your print dialog. The sheet is sized to fit inside 10 mm margins. If your printer adds bigger margins, choose “fit to page” or a scale of about 95%.

**Can it use my own clothes?**

Yes. Build your capsule on the capsule wardrobe planner in the same browser; it is saved on your device, and this page reads it when you press “Fill from my capsule”. Colors from your capsule also appear as small outfit sketches and, in month view, as dots.

**How are the outfits picked?**

From every outfit your capsule allows, each day favors the outfit whose pieces were worn longest ago, avoids anything worn the day before where possible, and never repeats a whole outfit until all of them have been used. A little randomness means each fill is different.

**Can I print a blank planner?**

Yes: press “Clear sheet”, then Print. Every slot prints as a ruled line, ready to fill in with a pen.

**Is my plan saved?**

Yes, in this browser's local storage, every time you type. It stays on this device and is never uploaded. Use “Download .txt” or “Copy as text” to keep a copy elsewhere.
